helpful staff varied breakfast street noise small bathroom
the staff was helpful with requests for information and directions it made planning my days easier i also liked the variety offered at breakfast each morning the selection changed slightly so i could try new things. the hotel organized my airport transfer the van was very comfy and tidy it made arrival smooth.
my room faced the street there was noticeable noise from the trams passing by it affected my sleep quality the bathroom was small it lacked counter space for toiletries.

a romantic getaway
friendly staff prime location clean hotel charming cafe
the staff were friendly and were great too ensure i felt welcomed and cared for. the location was prime, within easy walking distance of key attractions, like sultan ahmet, blue mosque, and bosphorus tours. i found the hotel clean and well-organized.. even the little cafes nearby added charm.
While mostly perfect, the street noise was noticeable at times. I could hear the trams, so light sleepers might want to pack earplugs.

mixed experience with noise issues
tram noise small bathroom
The breakfast was acceptable. It offered a reasonable start to the day.
the noise was a significant problem. i could hear the tram clearly from my room. the window offered little sound insulation, made sleeping difficult. i also found the bathroom quite small, it lacked sufficient space for toiletries.

small room mouldy spots
the staff was friendly there was no problem at reception.
the room was really small and cramped i could barely move around the furniture was old and looked worn i think they need to renovate it. the tram outside made sleeping difficult i heard it all night. the bathroom was tiny with mouldy spots.
